% 19.02.2019 By this petition the petitioner seeks extension of interim bail on the same terms and conditions by which he was granted interim bail by this Court vide order dated 7th December, 2018 on the ground that the petitioner is suffering ill-health.

A report from the AIIMS has been handed-over by the learned SPP for the respondent as per which the petitioner is suffering from Multi Drug Resistant Pulmonary Tuberculosis.

In view of the ailment of the petitioner, this Court deems it fit to extend the interim bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 7th December, 2018 on the same terms and conditions for a further period of eight weeks.

Petition is disposed of. Order dasti.
