By way of the present petition filed under Section 29A (4) and (5) of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, the petitioner seeks extension of mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal by a period of six months for concluding the Arbitral proceedings and passing the Award. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal has expired on 18.02.2025.

Issue notice.

Learned counsel for the respondents accepts notice and, on instructions, submits that the respondents have no objection to the prayer made in the petition.

Considering the aforesaid request and the no objection given by the other side, the present petition is allowed and the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal is extended by a period of six months with effect from 18.02.2025 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. for passing of the award. Further, the arbitral proceedings held after 18.02.2025 till date, if any, are validated and regularised. 6.
