By way of the present petition filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, the petitioner seeks extension of mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal by a period of four months for concluding the Arbitral proceedings and passing of the Award. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal has expired on 22.02.2025.

Issue notice.

Learned counsel for the respondents accepts notice and, on instructions, submits that the respondents have no objection to the prayer made in the petition.

Tribunal is extended by a period of six months with effect from the 22.02.2025 for passing of the award. Further, the proceedings held after 22.02.2025 till date, if any, are validated and regularised. 6.
