Appellant Mr. Mohd. Razak, passed away on 17.07.2014. He has produced a copy of the death certificate.

Considering that the Appellant has passed away, the Appeal is disposed of as abated.

The Appellants / Accused Mr. Hashmat and Ms. Shakila, are present pursuant to the notice of hearing issued by this Court. Both of them submit that they are not in a position to engage a lawyer due to their financial constraints.

A counsel from the legal aid panel shall be provided to them. 5.

The Secretary, DHCLSC (Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee) is directed to provide legal aid counsel to the Appellants/Accused to argue their case.
