The petitioners have filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that directions be issued to the respondents to provide round the clock protection to the petitioners.

The petitioners state that they have married against the wishes of the family members of petitioner no.1 and are apprehensive about their safety. They also claim that respondent nos. 4,5 & 6 (the father of petitioner no.1, brother of petitioner no.1 and the friend of petitioner no.1's father) have issued threats to the petitioners.

Respondent nos. 4,5 and 6 are present in Court. They state that they have no grievance against the petitioners and will not harm them in any way. 4.

In view of the above, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh if the cause

so arises.

The petition is dismissed as withdraw with the aforesaid liberty. The pending application is disposed of.
