None appears for the petitioners.

The petitioners have filed the present petition, inter alia, seeking protection from harassment on part of their son and daughter-in-law and her relatives.

The present petition was listed on 05.02.2019 and this Court had noted the submissions made on behalf of Mr Mahajan, learned ASC. He had stated that the disputes are, essentially, matrimonial disputes with their daughter-in-law and the petitioners have already disowned their son. According to them, they were not being permitted to live in peace in their own house, that is, D-178, Second Floor, DDA Flats, Kalkaji, Delhi. 4.

This Court had directed the concerned SHO to look into the matter. He was also directed to provide the telephone numbers of police officials, who could be contacted in case of any eventuality. 5.

Although notices in this petition were directed to be issued but no steps were taken by the petitioners to serve the other respondents.

Mr Mahajan, states that in terms of the order dated 05.02.2019, the telephone numbers of the beat staff were provided to the petitioners. He submits that respondent no.5, who is their daughter-in-law, has shifted to Faridabad. She has also filed a complaint under Section 498A of the IPC, which is being investigated.

In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. The same is disposed of.
