The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, impugning an order dated 09.12.2024 passed by the learned Debt Recovery Tribunal-II, Delhi whereby the petitioner's application being MA No.42/2024 captioned M/s. International Asset Construction Company Limited v. M/s Bhanu Iron and Steel Limited & Others in OA No.166/2001, was dismissed. 2.

The petitioner has equal efficacious alternate remedy of approaching the Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal and, therefore, we do not consider it apposite to entertain the present petition.
