% 05.02.2019 It is the petitioner's case that his application to the State for grant of parole to attend to the exigent medical needs of his father has not been responded to. It is his case that medical intervention is due upon the father who suffers from a deformity in his right foot and the delay is causing the father much pain and discomfort.

Let a decision on the petitioner's application be communicated by the State to him by 13.02.2019.
