O R D E R

This petition has been filed by the petitioner making the following prayer:

"1. To permit the petitioner to file the requisite documents in hard copies;

2. To officially sign under its seal the requisite documents by this Hon'ble Court, issue a certificate to the effect that the said award dated 16.3.2015 is executable and;

3. To send the requisite documents for authentication by the central authority i.e. Ministry of Law, Justice and Company Affairs of the Republic of India in accordance with the agreement dated 25.10.1999 signed between the Republic of India and United Arab Emirates."

This Court vide its order dated 23.11.2016 had directed the Joint Registrar (Judicial) to issue the necessary certificate to the effect that the Award is executable and for authentication of the documents in accordance with the law. The said exercise has been completed as recorded in the order

dated 27.01.2017 passed by the Joint Registrar (Judicial). In view of the above, nothing survives in the present petition. The present petition is disposed of.
