O R D E R

% 06.02.2020 The learned counsel for the respondent no. 4 reiterates its position that the petitioners shall not be dispossessed from their properties in question without following due process of law. He further submits that while carrying out the demolition activities, it shall be ensured that the properties of the petitioners, who have not opted to shift to the alternate flats offered, are not damaged.

In view of the above statement, no further relief can be granted in the present petition.

The petition is disposed of.
