The present petition under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. seeks the following prayers:

"Under the circumstances, it is prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the FIR No.517/2019, U/s. 420/468/471 IPC & 12 PP Act at P.S. IGI Airport, New Delhi registered against the petitioner and the proceedings emanating there from in the interest of justice."

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to raise the contentions taken herein before the learned Trial Court at the stage of consideration on point of charge.
