% 02.03.2020 Vide the present application, the applicant seeks the grant of bail in relation to FIR No.535/2014, PS Roop Nagar under Sections 392/411/413/414/506/120B of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 r/w Sections 25/27-54-59 of the Arms Act, 1959.

At this stage, learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw the present application which is thus dismissed as withdrawn, as prayed.
