O R D E R

% 08.01.2020 The learned counsel for the respondent no.2 submits that the respondent no.2 shall provide financial assistance for the schooling fee of the children of the petitioner, subject to the petitioners providing the requisite documents for the same.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the requisite documents shall be given to the respondent no.2 within four weeks. On receipt of such documents, the respondent no.2 shall release the amount found eligible in favour of the petitioners within six weeks of receipt of such documents.

For the future, the fee shall be deposited directly in the school account on regular basis.
