CONT.CAS(C) 55/2020, CM APPL. 2858/2020 (stay) Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the instant petition stating that an office order dated 23.01.2020 has come to be issued by the respondent and thereby, the instant petition has become infructuous. It however comes to be stated by the ld. counsel for the petitioner that the salary and other dues of the petitioner have not been released for the last two months.
