Mr. Jha, learned Counsel for the petitioner, submits that of the six prayers (a) to (f) in the writ petition, prayers (a) to (d) have been rendered infructuous and he therefore submits that he would prefer to file a fresh writ petition qua prayers (e) and (f). 3.

Reserving liberty with the petitioner to do so, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
