TR.P.(C.) 15/2020 This petition has been filed seeking transfer of the Reference Petition, being LAC No.05/2015, titled Union of India vs. Inder Narayan and Ors., from the Court of the learned Additional District Judge, District North-East, Karkardooma Courts to the Court of Mr.Vineet Kumar, learned Additional District Judge, Shahdara District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi. The ground for seeking transfer is that similar petitions relating to the Revenue Estate of Village Jhilmil Tahirpur, Delhi are stated to be pending before the transferee Court and even otherwise only the transferee Court has the territorial jurisdiction to adjudicate on the Reference Petitions.

In view of the above, the Reference Petition No.05/2015 is transferred from the Court of the learned Additional District Judge, District North-East, Karkardooma Court to the Court of Mr.Vineet Kumar, learned Additional District Judge, Shahdara District, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi. The petition is disposed of with the above direction, with no order as to cost.
