This petition has been filed by the petitioners with the following prayers:
"In the light of the facts & circumstances enumerated above, it is humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court, may, by issuing an appropriate writ, order or direction, be pleased to: b. direct the respondents to declare the complete result with all the details including category, date of birth, raw and normalized marks and ranks etc. of the all the candidates selected and unselected at all the stages of the recruitment process for the post of Head Constable (Ministerial) in CRPF-2022 as well as disclose the category-wise cutoff marks of the candidates selected to the said post; and c. direct the respondents to redraw/revise the final list of selected candidates as per merit and give appointments to the petitioners as per their merit to the post of Head Constable (Ministerial) in CRPF2022; and The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. On the last date of hearing, Mr. Khatana sought time to take instructions.

Today Mr. Khatana has filed a statement with regard to all the 23 petitioners to contend that the marks secured by them are below the cut off marks and as such they have not succeeded in the selection process. 4.
In view of the statement produced by Mr. Khatana nothing further survives in the petition. The petition is closed. Liberty is with the petitioners to seek such remedy as available to them against their non selection. 5.
