% 18.01.2016 Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the respondents released the petitioner on 15th January, 2016 in compliance of the order dated 23rd December, 2015.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the petitioner has been released on 15th January, 2016, the time period for filing the appeal against the order of dismissal, in terms of the order dated 23rd December, 2015 passed in W.P.(C) 2061/2015 be extended by 15 days. In the interest of justice, the petitioner is granted 15 days time to file the appeal. In view of the release of the petitioner by respondents, this petition is disposed of.
