The limited prayer of the petitioner in the present petition is that the MCD be directed to decide the representation dated 22.01.2024 submitted by the petitioner association to the MCD.

Learned counsel for the MCD, who appears on advance notice, submits that the aforesaid representation shall be duly decided by the MCD taking into account the order/s passed by the Division Bench of this Court in LPA No.490/2015, whereby demarcation was carried out in the revenue estate of Village Kotla, Mubarakpur, New Delhi. The aforesaid statement is taken on record.
