% 17.10.2025 Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the disputes between the petitioner and respondent No. 4 - Maharaja Agrasen Model School - have been amicably settled. A Memorandum of Understanding dated 20.09.2025 has also been placed on record. Further, I am informed that full payment of the petitioner's dues has also been made. In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
