In view of order dated 5 April 2024 passed by the Directorate of Education (DoE) on the application dated 24 March 2023 submitted by the petitioner under Section 17(3) of the Delhi School Education Act, Mr. Garg, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to assail the said decision of the DoE.

Leave and liberty is granted as aforesaid. The petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
