4. The Court has heard learned counsel for the parties.

5. The Court is informed that the writ petition is listed for hearing before the learned Single Judge tomorrow i.e. 7th February 2019.

6. In that view of the matter, the Court directs that the order dated 5th October 2018 to the extent of directing the Respondents 1 and 2 to pay the salary of the Respondent No.1 shall be kept in abeyance till such time the writ petition is not finally heard and disposed of. The contempt petition filed by the Respondent No.1 shall also not be proceeded with till the final disposal of the writ petition.

7. Since counsel for the parties confirm that pleadings in the writ petition are complete, the learned Single Judge is requested to dispose of the writ petition within a period of three months.

8. The appeal is disposed of in the above terms. Pending application also stands disposed of.
