% 31.01.2018 This is a petition filed by the petitioners with the following prayers: "Prayed, therefore, that Your Lordships may be pleased to: a. stay the eviction of residents and their belongings at Dhandan Mohalla, Badarpur Village by R1, DDA; b. direct R2, DUSIB to provide in-situ rehabilitation / upgradation as per the DUSIB Policy 2015, with respect to the houses of the petitioners of Dhandan Mohalla, Badarpur Village, Delhi - 110044, c. direct R1, DDA to pay the petitioners an amount of `50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) as the cost of undertaking the legal proceedings by way of this petition.

d. Any other order deemed fit and proper in the circumstances of the present case."

After some submissions learned counsel for the petitioners state, he would be satisfied if the respondent / DDA consider the representation to be made by the petitioners within a week from today and pass a reasoned and speaking order. This submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is agreeable to the learned counsel for the respondent / DDA. Accordingly, petitioners shall file a detailed representation on or before February 9, 2018. The said representation shall be considered by the respondent / DDA within two weeks thereafter and a reasoned order shall be passed which shall be communicated to the petitioner no.1 and her counsel within a week thereafter. Till the time, the speaking order is passed and communicated and also for one week thereafter, no coercive steps shall be taken. Leaned counsel for the petitioner states, same shall satisfy the grievance of the petitioners for the time-being and the petition be disposed of. Ordered accordingly.

CM No. 3109/2018 (for stay) In view of the order passed in the writ petition, application has become infructuous and disposed of as such.
