By way of this petition, the petitioner is seeking parole for a period of three months on the ground of arranging lawyer for filing SLP and to attend last rites (Iddat) of his elder brother. 2.

It is submitted by the counsel for the petitioner that the elder brother of the petitioner has expired on 18.9.2019. It is submitted that ceremonies of Majalis and Quran Khwani have started from 29.1.2020 and will continue till 8.2.2020. Counsel for the petitioner has also placed on record the copy of the receipt by which death certificate has been applied with ADOP , Jhangirabad, Bulandshehar, UP.

Keeping in view the facts and circumstances of this case, the petitioner is admitted to parole for a period of four weeks, from the

date of his release, on his furnishing personal bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one surety in like amount to the satisfaction of the Jail Superintendent. He shall surrender before the Jail Superintendent on the expiry of the parole period and at the time of surrender he shall file proof of filing of SLP before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. 4.

Copy of the order be sent to the Jail Superintendant for compliance.
