At the very outset, Mr. Imran Khan, learned counsel for petitioner has informed that parties have been able to settle the matter amicably and in terms of settlement, petitioner trust has got back the possession of the suit property. It is, therefore, prayed that present petition may be disposed of as having become infructuous.
