By way of the present application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the applicant seeks regular bail in connection with FIR No. 541/2024 dated 07.11.2024, registered at Police Station Vivek Vihar, District Shahdara, New Delhi, under Section 103(1) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.

After some arguments, Mr. Amit Saini, learned counsel for the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw this application, without prejudice to the right of the applicant to move the learned Sessions Court at the appropriate stage.

The bail application is dismissed as withdrawn in terms of the above submission.

It is made clear that this Court has not made any comment on the merits of the matter.
