By way of the present application under Section 483 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with FIR No. 35/2019, dated 31.01.2019, registered at Police Station Subhash Place, District North-West, New Delhi, under Section 365 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.

After some arguments, Mr. Hemant Baisla, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw this bail application, however seeks a direction upon the Trial Court to expedite the completion of the trial.
