Mr.Ganda, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner's application for a Letter of Recommendation (LOR) has been rejected as he was found to be ineligible. The respondent shall file the affidavit clearly indicating the reasons as to why the petitioner is found to be ineligible and provide a copy of the same to the petitioner. 2.

The present petition is disposed of with the aforesaid direction. It is clarified on receipt of reasons (copy of affidavit), that in case the petitioner seeks to challenge the rejection of his application for the LOR, this order would not be read as precluding the petitioner from doing so.
