O R D E R

% 06.02.2019 Vide the present petition, the petitioner seeks to initiate contempt proceedings against the respondents for their wilful disobedience of order dated 09.05.2017 passed in W.P.(C) No. 8051/2015. Vide the aforesaid order, this Court recorded the statement of Mr. Vinod Kumar Goya, Advocate appeared on behalf of the respondent No. 3 who submitted that the respondents have no intention to terminate the services of the petitioner.

Accordingly, his statement was taken on record. As stated in the present petition, vide order dated 15.10.2018, services of the petitioner was disengaged from contractual engagement of Ambulance Driver and his contract agreement with CATs stands terminated with immediate effect. A show cause notice be issued, as to why the contempt proceedings be not initiated against the respondents for violation of order dated 09.05.2017.

Renotify on 15.03.2019.

I hereby made clear that if the order dated 09.05.2017 is not complied with, the respondents shall file counter affidavit explaining the reason and shall also personally remain present in Court on the next date of hearing. SURESH KUMAR KAIT, J FEBRUARY 06, 2019 rd
