An application has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners seeking early hearing.

It is submitted that the matter has been settled in terms of the Settlement Deed dated 19.09.2025, hence the matter may be preponed. 3.
In view of the submissions made, the Application is allowed and the matter is pre-poned.

The above two Petitions have been filed on behalf of the Petitioners seeking quashing of FIR No.336/2017 under Section 31 PWDV Act registered at Police Station Vasant Kunj, South and FIR No.618/2023 under Section 468/471 IPC registered at Police Station Sarita Vihar, against the Petitioners.

The aforesaid two matters arise from the matrimonial dispute inter-se the Petitioner No.1 and Respondent No.2. The Settlement has been effected voluntarily, without any pressure, force and coercion. The FIR No.618/2023 under Section 468/471 IPC was allegedly registered on a loan taken by the Petitioner No.1 by allegedly forging the signatures of the Respondent No.2 as co-borrower.

According to Respondent No.2 she separated from Petitioner No.1 in 2013 and the loan was taken in the year 2014 using the KYC documents of Respondent No.2. She came to know about the alleged forgery in 2023, when she got the FIR registered. However, the matter has been amicably settled including the matter under D.V. Act. As per the terms of the Settlement, Rs.40 lakhs have been agreed to be paid by Petitioner No.1 in name of his son, out of which Rs.10 lakhs have already been received and Rs.30 lakhs would be paid at the time of signing of the Second Motion Petition for Divorce with mutual consent. In view of the Settlement, the flat at Zirakpur has already been transferred by Petitioner No.1 in the joint name of Respondent No.2 and the son. Furthermore, a joint property in Gurugram in the name of Petitioner No.1 and Respondent No.2 is to be transferred in the name of Petitioner No.1 in which the Respondent No.2 has to relinquish The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above.
her share in favour of Petitioner No.1, in terms of the Settlement Agreement. The son is in the custody of the Respondent No.2/wife. 8.
It is submitted that both the petitioners and respondent No. 2 have already sorted out their all differences with the intervention of their respective family members and they have left no grudge or grievance against each other in any manner whatsoever. Therefore, the Petition be quashed. 9.
The complainant is present in the Court and submits that the matter stands settled with the Petitioners. She has no objection if the FIR is quashed against the petitioners on account of the settlement already arrived at between the parties.

The Petitioner No.1 is present before this Court in-person today and Respondent No.2 has appeared through Video Conferencing who have been identified by their counsel and Investigating Officer concerned. 11.
In view of the submissions made, the Petition is allowed. Accordingly, the FIR No.336/2017 under Section 31 PWDV Act registered at Police Station Vasant Kunj, South and FIR No.618/2023 under Section 468/471 IPC registered at Police Station Sarita Vihar, against the Petitioners with all the subsequent proceedings and the charge sheet is hereby quashed. 12.
It is made clear that the above Settlement is without prejudice to the rights of the child.

Both the Petitions stand disposed of along with the pending Application(s).
