The grievance of the petitioner is merely limited to the effect that despite sending a full fledged complaint to the concerned DCP on 09.01.2026, no concreate action has been taken by the concerned police authority, so far. 2.

However, after hearing arguments for some time, learned counsel for petitioner, without prejudice to his rights and contentions, seeks to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail other remedies as permissible under law.

The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn. 4.

The pending application also stands disposed of. 5.

All rights and contentions of the parties are reserved. 6.

Liberty, as prayed, is granted.
