This order is in continuation of the earlier orders commencing from 10th February, 2016.

The counsel for the respondent states that the appellant has not paid the arrears of rent and which the counsel for the appellant has been stating will be paid.

Without the appellant clearing the arrears of rent also and which have been decreed, no time to vacate the premises also cannot be granted to the appellant and to which relief the appeal was confined. 4.

The appeal thus, without going into the aspect of delay in filing thereof, is dismissed.

No costs.
