The present petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, 1950, assailing the orders dated 06th November, 2025 and 14th February, 2026 passed by the learned Sole Arbitrator, DIAC in case bearing No. DIAC/11080/06-25. 3.

After some arguments, learned Counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail appropriate remedy before the appropriate forum.
