% 06.02.2019 The petitioner is aggrieved by alleged inaction by the police on his various complainants.

The learned Additional Standing Counsel for the State submits that there is an ongoing litigation between the petitioner and respondent no. 7. Orders passed in the said litigation are attached to the petition. In the circumstances, this petition shall be treated as the petitioner's representation by the DCP of the area concerned and appropriate action shall be taken thereon with due intimation to the petitioner. The petitioner may meet to the DCP concerned on 11.02.2019 at 03.00 pm. The petition is disposed-off in the above terms.
