This petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (in short, 'Cr.P.C.'), complaining of the alleged threats being received from the hands of the respondent nos.3 and 4. 3.
It is stated that based on a complaint filed by the petitioner against the respondent nos.3 and 4, FIR No.0172/2024 dated 20.02.2024, has been registered at Police Station: Nabi Karim, Central-District, Delhi, for offence under Sections 376/313/323/506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (in short, 'IPC'), and the respondent nos. 3 and 4 are threatening the petitioner.

Without going into the merits of the allegations made in the petition, it is directed that the respondent no.2 shall share the numbers of the Station House Officer (SHO), Investigating Officer (IO) of the abovementioned FIR, and the Beat Constable with the petitioner. In case of any complaint being made by the petitioner of any threat being received, they shall immediately inquire into the same and take appropriate action.
