O R D E R

% 22.04.2018 Parties have mutually agreed to resolve the subject matter and thereunder, the respondent Insurance Company has agreed to pay a sum of `7,50,000/- (Rupees Seven Lakhs Fifty Thousand only) over and above the amounts payable in terms of the impugned award. Such additional sum shall be paid proportionately towards the claim of the appellants/claimants in terms of the impugned award. Such additional sum of `7,50,000/- shall be deposited by the Insurance Company within 03 weeks, failing which it shall carry interest @ 12% p.a. The impugned award stands modified accordingly.
