Vide order dated 17.03.2026 it was recorded as under:- 2.

Today, it is informed by the respective counsel for the parties that pursuant to the aforesaid order, a sum of Rs. 7,50,000/- was paid to the respondent no.1 by way of RTGS. Further, a bank draft of Rs. 7,50,000/- payable to the respondent no.1 has been handed over to the learned counsel for the respondents during the course of proceedings. 3.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the entire amount of Rs. 35,00,000/- as referred to in the Settlement Agreement dated 25.10.2025 has been received by the respondent no. 1. Consequently, it is stated that in view thereof, the respondents shall act in accordance with the stipulation contained in Clause-5 of the aforesaid Settlement Agreement and shall withdraw the pending cases referred therein. Binding the respondents to the aforesaid undertaking, the present petition is disposed of.
