The petitioner has filed the present petition, inter alia, praying as under:- 'a) Mandamus and Certiorari directing the respondent No.1 for sending the reference petition u/s.18 of land & acquisition act of the petitioner before the court of District & Session Judge, North Delhi, Rohini Courts for its disposal accordance to law.

b) Imposed the special cost upon the respondent for delaying the matter of the petitioner.'

Mr. Pathak, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no.1 (LAC), on instructions submits that the reference under Section 18 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 shall be made, subject to verification, within eight weeks from date.
