W.P.(C) 487/2018 & C.M. 2093/2018 In this petition, petitioners pray for a direction to respondents to include their names in the written examination for confirmation in JMGSI and MMGS-II for Probationary Officers and Trainee Officers of e-ABS, which is scheduled to be held on 21st January, 2018. Upon Notice, Mr. Rajiv Kapur, Advocate for respondents, submits that name of petitioners is already mentioned at Sl. No. 286 & 287 in the list of eligible candidates who have to appear in the aforesaid examination.

Counsel for petitioners submits that respondent-Bank's Branch Manager has not received any intimation about it. Learned counsel for W.P.(C) 487/2018

petitioners on instructions further submits that the concerned Branch Manager is not attesting petitioners admit card for want of revised list of eligible candidates.

In view of above, let the concerned Branch Manager duly attest petitioners' admit card to enable petitioners to appear in the aforesaid examination slated for 21st January, 2018.

With aforesaid directions, this petition and application are disposed of.
