% 22.01.2018 Vide the present petition, the petitioner has prayed for quashing of the order dated 08.01.2018 issued by respondent no.1/School, vide which her admission stands cancelled for the reason that income certificate produced by her father at the time of admission was found to be fake by the Crime Branch of Delhi Police. The petitioner submits that the petitioner's father has now submitted a fresh income certificate which has now been verified by respondent no.2 from the e-website of Delhi Districts Government. In view of this verification already done by respondent no.2, Mr. Kamal Gupta, appearing for

respondent no.1 very fairly submits that the petitioner would be readmitted in the school immediately without any delay. The petition is accordingly allowed with a direction to the respondent no.1 to re-admit the petitioner in the School within three days.

In view of the aforesaid facts, establishing that the initial admission of the petitioner in the School was based on a forged income certificate, petitioner is directed to pay costs of Rs.5,000/- to the Delhi High Court Library Fund.
