W.P.(C) 2463/2025 The solitary grievance which is addressed on the writ petition is a failure on the part of the respondents to dispose of an application made by the writ petitioner for voluntary cancellation of its Goods and Services Tax registration.

Learned counsel representing the respondent states that subject to due verification of all facts and contentions on merits being kept open, the said application shall be disposed of with due expedition and preferably within a period of four weeks from today. The statement so made is recorded and accepted.
