This writ petition is filed on behalf of the Petitioners under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following reliefs:- "(i) MANDAMUS directing, commanding and requiring the Management of Respondent No.3 School to open admission for children for Academic Session 2019-20.
ii) PROHIBITION restraining Respondents from closing down the Respondent No.3 School (iii) MANDAMUS directing, commanding and requiring the Respondents 1 and 2 to take over the Management of Respondent No.3 School. (iv) MANDAMUS directing, commanding and requiring the Management of Respondent No.3 School to forthwith pay to the Petitioners arrears of Salaries and benefits accrued therefrom.

Indisputably, reliefs claimed in prayer (i) to (iii) stand satisfied, accordingly no further order is required to be passed in this writ petition. 3.
Nonetheless insofar as reliefs claimed in prayer (iv) as also in CM APPL. 6092/2024 are concerned, wherein Petitioners seek their salaries, emoluments, arrears of salaries and other service benefits, liberty is granted to take recourse to appropriate remedies before the appropriate forum. 4.
Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of along with pending application.
