The petitioners have filed the present petition, inter alia, praying that FIR No. 0008/2020 under Sections 323/342/354/506/509/34 of the IPC registered with P.S. Prashant Vihar and all proceedings emanating therefrom, be quashed.

The said FIR was lodged at the instance of respondent no.2. Respondent no. 2 is present in Court and is identified by the Investigating Officer. She confirms that she has resolved all her disputes with the petitioners in terms of the Compromise-cum-Settlement dated 21.01.2020. A copy of the same has also ben placed on record. She joins the petitioners in praying that the present FIR be quashed.

All the petitioners are present in Court and are identified by their counsel. They undertake to this Court that they shall maintain peace and ensure that there is no other incident involving violence. Further, they also undertake that they shall maintain good conduct and shall not be involved in the commission of any offence. They also volunteer to pay a sum of ₹10,000/- each, as costs to be deposited with the Delhi High Court (Middle Income Group) Legal Aid Society.

In view of the statements/undertakings made by the concerned parties (petitioners and respondent no.2) this Court considers it apposite to allow the present petition.

Accordingly, FIR No.
0008/2020 under Sections 323/342/354/506/509/34 of the IPC registered with P.S. Prashant Vihar and all proceedings emanating therefrom, are quashed. 8.
This is subject to the petitioners depositing the cost as volunteered by them within a period of two weeks from today and on furnishing the proof of such deposit and filing the proof of such deposit with the concerned Registrar of this Court.

The concerned parties (the petitioners and respondent no.2) shall sign
this order as an acknowledgment of the statements recorded herein. 10.
The petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. 11.
