1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the settlement arrived on 06.04.2023 between the petitioner and respondent nos.4 & 5, who were claiming family pension and retiral dues of late Sh. Somnath as also the succession certificate granted in his favour by the Court of Additional Civil Judge, Kurukshetra on 21.04.2023, he has instructions not to press the present petition any further.

2. The same is, accordingly, dismissed, as not pressed by making it clear that it will be open for the petitioner to approach the respondents for release of the retiral dues by relying on certificate granted by the learned Additional Civil Judge, Kurukshetra dated 21.04.2023.
