The solitary grievance which is raised in the writ petition is of a failure on part of the respondents to dispose of an application seeking voluntary cancellation of the Goods and Services Tax registration of the writ petitioner.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondents states that subject to due verification of all facts and contentions on merits being kept open, the said application shall be examined and disposed of in accordance with law and preferably within a period of four weeks from today.
