% 01.02.2016 Vide order dated 28th September, 2015 in W.P.(C) 9248/2015, the Court directed the respondent to send the response to the petitioner's legal notice dated 13th May, 2015 within a period of eight weeks and communicate the same to the petitioner within two weeks thereafter. Vide letter dated 14th January, 2016, the respondent sent the response to the petitioner in terms of the order dated 28th September, 2015. The order dated 28th September, 2015 therefore stands complied. Learned counsel for the respondent has handed over the copy of the reply dated 14th January, 2016 which is taken on record. Copy of the same is handed over to learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to challenge the response dated 14th January, 2016. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. J.R. MIDHA, J.
