W.P.(C) 423/2018 & CM 1816/2018 Learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition while submitting that petitioner needs to file a fresh writ petition on basis of fresh income certificate. In view of aforesaid, this petition and the application are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
