% 23.05.2016 CM APPL. 19311/2016 Present application has been filed seeking liberty to the petitioner to approach the trial court seeking permission/No Objection Certificate for release of passport in accordance with GSR No. 570(E) dated 25th August, 1993 expeditiously.

Learned counsel for petitioner also assures and undertakes to this Court that the petitioner shall withdraw his application dated 6th February, 2015 filed for issuance of a fresh passport.

The statement made by learned counsel for petitioner is accepted by this Court and petitioner is held bound by the same.

In essence, the petitioner by the present application seeks to comply with the directions given by the respondent in the impugned order dated 29th December, 2015.

Consequently, present application is allowed and the writ petition stands disposed of in the aforesaid terms. However, it is clarified that rights and contentions of parties are left open.
