O.M.P.(MISC.)(COMM.) 11/2018 It is submitted by learned counsel for the parties that the period of arbitration proceedings expired in September, 2017 and they need extension for six months from now. The fee of the arbitrator to the extent of Rs.1.3 lakhs on account of petitioner is outstanding which shall cleared within a week from today. In the circumstances, the time for conducting arbitration proceedings is extended for six months from today.

The petition is disposed of.
