Matter is taken up for verification of the extended bank guarantee furnished by the decree holder.

Mr. Balkishan Upadhyay working as Assistant Vice President with HDFC Bank Ltd, Trade Finance Branch. virtually joined the proceedings and his statement has been recorded with respect to verification of the bank guarantee.

Mr. Balkishan Upadhyay has stated that the bank extended BG no. 035GT01232770002 on 23.08.2024 for a sum of Rs.3,95,00,000 (Rupees Three Crores Ninety Five lacs Only) and the same is valid upto 03-OCT-2025.The same has been issued at the instance of B L MEHTA CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED in favour of the Registrar General, Delhi High Court He has identified the bank guarantee as Ex.BG/DH/2.

The Ex.BG/DH/2 is found in order and the same is hereby accepted. Decree holder shall keep the BG alive during the pendency of the present proceedings. The banker has submitted his signed statement for extended bank guarantee along with photocopy of his employee id card virtually.
